Our Substance Abuse and Youth Education programs provide essential education and prevention services for individuals facing drug and alcohol-related offenses. These courses are designed to educate participants on the risks, consequences, and impacts of substance use while promoting responsible decision-making.

The Alabama Court Referral Education Program offers two levels of intervention for individuals charged with DUI or drug-related offenses. Level I is a 12-hour program focused on educating first-time offenders about the dangers of alcohol and drug use. Level II is a more intensive 24-hour course designed for repeat or aggravated offenders, incorporating group participation for deeper engagement. Both courses are certified through the Administrative Office of Courts, ensuring they meet state requirements. Participation in these programs requires a referral from a Court Referral Officer.

For younger individuals, the Juvenile Substance Abuse Education Program provides a structured 12-hour course aimed at preventing future issues by addressing youthful offender behavior. This program educates juveniles and young adults on the consequences of substance use and other risky behaviors, offering tools to make healthier choices. Like the adult programs, it is certified through the Administrative Office of Courts and requires referral through a Court Referral Officer.

Additionally, we offer workplace training programs to educate employees and organizations on substance abuse prevention and its impact in professional settings. These initiatives help create safer environments by promoting awareness and responsible behavior.

Our commitment is to provide high-quality, court-approved education that empowers individuals to make informed choices and reduce the risk of future offenses.
