The Alabama Court Referral Education Program aims to reduce alcohol and drug-related crimes in the state by educating individuals about the risks and consequences of substance abuse. The program offers two levels: Level I, a 12-hour course, and Level II, a 24-hour course. These programs are designed to help participants understand the dangers of alcohol and drug use while providing them with tools to create a plan to avoid future substance abuse issues. The mission of the program is to provide a community-based facility where families can access resources and services that empower them to develop the skills and support necessary for success in a competitive society. This initiative is an essential part of the community’s efforts to combat substance abuse and its associated challenges, offering individuals the opportunity to make positive changes in their lives while ensuring that they have the resources to thrive.
