Recovery Empowerment Network

Recovery Empowerment Network (REN) is a compassionate community organization dedicated to helping individuals reclaim control over their mental health, emotional well-being, and recovery from substance use challenges. REN believes that every person’s path to healing is unique and best supported through connection, empowerment, and shared experience. The network provides a variety of peer-driven programs and resources that guide individuals toward lasting recovery, personal growth, and stability. Participants are welcomed into a supportive environment where they can learn practical coping tools, manage emotions more effectively, and build resilience to handle life’s challenges.

One of REN’s core focuses includes supporting individuals in learning how to better understand and manage anger, frustration, and other strong emotions that may interfere with relationships, work, or recovery goals. Through group support, peer mentorship, and education, REN helps participants develop healthier ways to respond to stress and conflict, turning anger into a motivating force for positive change rather than a barrier to success.

Beyond anger management and recovery services, REN offers empowerment centers, wellness activities, and opportunities for community engagement such as the annual Pride Parade, which celebrates inclusion and connection.
