A key service offered at C3 is anger management counseling. Anger is a natural human emotion that can be expressed in many ways; it is not inherently bad. However, when anger is expressed inappropriately or becomes uncontrolled, it can damage relationships and make it difficult to maintain employment. The goal of anger management is not to suppress anger but to learn how to respond in healthy, constructive ways.

During weekly sessions, clients are equipped with tools to understand and manage their emotions effectively. Topics include understanding anger, recognizing anger-triggering thoughts, learning quick tips for cooling down, improving communication skills, and setting healthy boundaries.
