Life Works is a trusted, court-approved provider offering evidence-based classes designed to promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and healthy relationships. With both virtual and in-person sessions available, Life Works makes it easy for individuals to start their journey toward self-improvement and positive change. A primary focus of the program is Anger Management, where participants learn to recognize triggers, develop emotional intelligence, and respond to difficult situations in constructive ways. The comprehensive 12- to 52-week anger management curriculum helps clients improve communication, impulse control, and stress management while reducing conflict at home, work, and in the community.

In addition to anger management, Life Works offers Parenting and Co-Parenting programs designed to strengthen family dynamics, improve communication, and promote effective discipline strategies. Their Domestic Violence and Drug & Alcohol classes educate participants on responsibility, judgment, and lifestyle choices, helping them make lasting changes for a healthier future. All courses meet California court, probation, and employer requirements, and participants receive an enrollment confirmation letter and certificate of completion upon fulfilling program standards.
