Crossroads’ Turning Points, Inc. (CTP) is Southern Colorado’s largest evidence-based provider of alcohol and substance use disorder services, supporting individuals and families across twenty-two counties since 1979. A nonprofit 501(c)3 licensed by the State of Colorado, CTP delivers a full continuum of care—from prevention and intervention to withdrawal management, residential treatment, and flexible outpatient programs. The organization specializes in heroin and opioid addiction treatment and offers Medication-Assisted Treatment alongside comprehensive, co-occurring mental health care to address the whole person. Guided by a clear mission to treat and support individuals with substance use and mental health disorders—and a vision to eliminate these disorders and create healthy lifestyles—CTP combines clinical excellence with compassionate, client-centered support. Services are tailored for diverse needs, with specialized programs for women with children to promote safety, stability, and long-term recovery. CTP is CARF-accredited and collaborates with statewide partners to ensure high standards and strong community coordination. Access is a priority: Medicaid is accepted, no one is denied care due to inability to pay, and a sliding-fee scale is available based on income and family size. Whether someone is taking a first step toward recovery or building on progress made, CTP provides structured programming, evidence-based therapies, and wraparound supports that help clients regain health, restore relationships, and rebuild their lives. Donations and career opportunities are welcomed as part of the organization’s ongoing commitment to strengthen Colorado communities.
