The program includes a mandatory assessment consisting of 143 questions about lifestyle and decision-making, followed by structured coursework that educates participants on risk awareness, substance use, and personal responsibility. Courses are available both online and in person, with evening and weekend options for convenience. Each participant who successfully completes the program receives a state-recognized Certificate of Completion.
