Cindy Coscia, MEd, LPCC-S, CAMS-II, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to helping individuals, families, and groups navigate life’s emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. With a deep appreciation for the complexities of mental health, Cindy understands that no single approach fits every individual. Her work blends a variety of evidence-based methods to address each client’s unique needs and promote personal growth and healing. She provides comprehensive counseling services that encompass individual therapy, family and group sessions, crisis intervention, trauma management, addiction therapy, and clinical supervision for other professionals in the field.
As a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-II), Cindy offers specialized anger management counseling to help clients recognize triggers, build emotional awareness, and develop effective coping strategies. Her goal is to help individuals gain control over their emotions and responses, leading to improved relationships, better decision-making, and a healthier sense of self.
Cindy believes that true progress in therapy happens when clients feel understood and supported. She creates a safe, compassionate environment where individuals are encouraged to explore the unseen parts of themselves—those aspects that may be holding them back from growth. Through this process of reflection and awareness, clients can move toward greater emotional balance, resilience, and fulfillment. Cindy’s practice is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a belief in every person’s capacity for change and self-discovery.
