Blossoming Bodhi, founded by certified yoga instructor Dawn Valentine, is a holistic sanctuary dedicated to helping individuals achieve healing, self-awareness, and emotional balance through the transformative power of yoga. Dawn brings over two decades of experience exploring the intersections of yoga, herbalism, reiki, reflexology, and Thai yoga. Through both in-person sessions in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and virtual classes available nationwide, Blossoming Bodhi offers individualized coaching as well as guided group classes, including restorative Yin Yoga.
