Dwelling Place is a community-driven organization dedicated to creating stable, affordable housing and empowering individuals and families across West Michigan. For more than 45 years, Dwelling Place has focused on building not just homes, but opportunities for personal growth, community connection, and long-term stability. Through innovative housing solutions—ranging from restoring historic buildings to developing new live/work spaces—Dwelling Place works alongside partners, neighbors, and local leaders to strengthen communities and provide pathways to independence.
