O.NE Mentoring Academy (OMA) is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to fostering self-worth, mindfulness, and emotional wellness among youth. Founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, OMA emerged to meet the growing need for hope, self-love, and civility in a challenging world. Through mentoring and counseling rooted in psychotherapy, the organization helps young people navigate stress, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem with compassion and understanding. Their mission is to mentor mindfulness through therapeutic guidance, empowering individuals to build confidence, emotional awareness, and a sense of balance.

OMA’s wide range of programs and services includes meditation, yoga, mentorship, consulting, and motivational speaking—all designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Among its most impactful offerings is anger management, a psycho-therapeutic program that helps participants understand the root causes of anger, develop self-control, and learn effective coping skills. By addressing frustration and emotional triggers, OMA teaches constructive ways to express emotions and resolve conflicts peacefully.

Additional programs such as Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Mindfulness Training, Coping Strategies, and Linguistics & Language further strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, and resilience. Each service supports OMA’s holistic approach—equipping youth to manage life’s challenges with clarity, empathy, and self-respect. With a vision of cultivating civility and personal growth throughout the community, O.NE Mentoring Academy continues to inspire individuals to discover self-love and build stronger, healthier connections with others.
