Harbor Care is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness across New Hampshire through comprehensive housing, healthcare, and veteran services. Harbor Care offers supportive housing programs that provide safety and security for those experiencing homelessness, helping clients rebuild their lives and regain independence.
