Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, Robin helps clients reframe negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding them back. Her integrative approach also includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, and EMDR therapy to address deep-rooted trauma and promote emotional healing. For couples, Robin provides marital therapy and practical guidance through her book The Price of Love, focusing on restoring trust and connection in relationships.
