At Ease Now provides gold-standard, National Anger Management Association–endorsed anger management education designed to create lasting, meaningful change. Serving individuals throughout North Dakota and beyond, At Ease Now offers both live and online programs that make professional anger management education accessible from the comfort of home. The core mission is to help participants understand the roots of anger, how it affects emotions and behavior, and how to replace destructive reactions with healthier, more peaceful coping strategies. Programs are facilitated by certified anger management specialists and are widely recognized and court approved, making them suitable for both voluntary participants and those with mandated requirements.
Anger management is the central focus of At Ease Now’s evidence-based programs, which are structured to support real behavioral change rather than short-term compliance. Participants engage in comprehensive 8-, 10-, or 12-week courses that include an initial assessment followed by twelve structured modules. These modules address topics such as anger awareness, calming techniques, stress and anxiety management, mindfulness, assertive communication, conflict resolution, and practical problem-solving. A key component of the program is the weekly anger log, which encourages self-reflection, accountability, and the consistent practice of new skills in real-life situations.
At Ease Now serves a wide range of individuals, including court-mandated clients, couples, professionals, employers, first responders, and anyone seeking better emotional regulation and communication skills. Flexible scheduling, interactive live online classes, and personalized instructor support make the program adaptable to different needs and lifestyles. By allowing participants time to practice each skill over the course of a week, At Ease Now emphasizes that true anger management is a process—one that leads to improved relationships, healthier communication, and a more balanced, peaceful life.
