H.O.P.E. Victim Foundation

H.O.P.E Victim’s Advocacy Services is a Washington-based nonprofit dedicated to healing, opportunity, protection, and empowerment for individuals and families impacted by trauma and violence. Established to support survivors of intimate partner violence, H.O.P.E places a strong emphasis on serving BIPOC communities while creating a safe, inclusive environment where people can rebuild their lives and thrive. Through a compassionate, survivor-centered approach, the organization addresses both immediate needs and long-term recovery by offering advocacy, education, and therapeutic services designed to foster resilience and personal growth.

H.O.P.E provides a wide range of advocacy and support services, including youth advocacy and victim services that help individuals navigate the emotional, legal, and practical challenges following crime or trauma. Housing support programs assist individuals and families in overcoming common barriers to securing stable housing, while also helping them transition into safe, supportive living environments. Parenting classes focus on families affected by domestic violence, equipping caregivers with tools to support children who have witnessed trauma and to build healthier family dynamics.

A core component of H.O.P.E’s offerings is anger management treatment and assessments. These services are designed to help individuals understand the roots of anger, develop emotional awareness, and learn constructive strategies for managing intense emotions. Through therapeutic interventions, participants gain skills in emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution, supporting positive behavior change and healthier relationships. In addition, H.O.P.E offers empowerment classes, victim impact panels, and educational programs that promote accountability, empathy, and long-term well-being.
