Arizona DUI Services is committed to supporting your journey towards independence by offering accommodating, affordable, and convenient DUI services throughout the state of Arizona. With 20 years of licensed independent substance abuse counseling experience, 10 years of teaching, and nine years of online education expertise, we provide a range of services including DUI Alcohol and Drug Screenings, Revocation Evaluations, 16-Hour DUI Education, and 20, 36, and 56-Hour DUI Treatment programs.

Our online platform, accessible via Zoom, eliminates the need for a physical intake process, saving you time and money. This flexibility allows you to choose the day, time, and location for your DUI Screening, making it convenient to fit into your schedule. All you need is a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart device with a camera and internet connection. Once you complete your service, Arizona DUI Services will report it to the MVD and the appropriate court, and provide you with a copy of the MVD confirmation and your certificate of completion.

16-Hour DUI Education Online: For Level One and Level Two DUIs, the Arizona Department of Health Services and MVD require 16 hours of education. Our online course meets these requirements and allows you 24-hour access to complete your court-ordered education at your convenience. To enroll, you'll need proof of your need for the course, such as a screening note, MVD correspondence, or court documents, and a state-issued ID. Without these, reporting to the courts and/or MVD will be delayed.

DUI Screening: Following a DUI arrest, the MVD mandates a DUI Screening (ARS 28-1385) to determine the required hours of education, treatment, or both. Conducted via Zoom, our DUI Screenings assess your needs and send the results and recommendations to the courts. To complete your screening, you'll need an internet-connected device with a camera, proof of your need for a DUI Screening (citation, court documents, or an extended certified MVR), and a state-issued ID. Screenings are valid for 12 months.

Arizona DUI Services ensures that all your DUI-related needs are met in a confidential, efficient, and client-centered manner, helping you fulfill court requirements and move forward with your life. Start the registration process today and take the first step towards regaining your independence.
