SB&H provides a comprehensive range of programs designed to address the diverse needs of the communities it serves. Their services include outpatient mental health and psychiatric care, medication monitoring, addiction support, and intensive inpatient treatment for crisis situations. They also offer residential and supported housing, prevention services, community outreach, and school-based counseling. SB&H caters to all ages, including specialized services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and operates four opioid replacement clinics across the state.

Recently, SB&H has introduced integrated care and value-based contracting to offer a more flexible, culturally sensitive approach, addressing the challenges of fragmented care.
