Our Services We offer a wide range of group sessions, including Domestic Violence Offender Treatment, DUI/DWI Level I and Level II treatment and education, Certified Anger Management (both group and individual sessions), Civic/Adult Responsibility, and Substance Abuse treatment and counseling.

DUI Treatment Our goal at AMI Behavioral Health Services is to provide the best DUI services available. We maintain high quality control standards, ensuring that our counselors are among the best in the field.

DUI Level I Treatment and Education This program consists of a minimum of 20 hours of group therapy in addition to the mandatory 16 hours of DUI Education (Level II). Group therapy sessions are held weekly, each lasting 1.5 hours. DUI Education is provided over two 8-hour sessions on a Saturday and Sunday.

DUI Level II Treatment and Education This program involves 16 hours of DUI Education, delivered in two 8-hour sessions on a Saturday and Sunday.

For clients with extreme DUI cases, second offenders, and other contributing factors, additional treatment hours may be assessed to ensure comprehensive support.

Our treatment programs are based on the Hazelden Foundation Drug & Alcohol Education Program and cover a variety of important topics, including:

  • Addicts and addiction
  • The effects of alcohol and other drugs on the body
  • The disease of addiction and its impacts
  • Strategies for change and relapse prevention
  • Transitioning to lifelong change and recovery
