Admin Per Se Substance Abuse Screening and DUI Services
In Arizona, anyone cited for a drug or alcohol-related driving offense must undergo a substance abuse screening known as "Admin Per Se," conducted by a state-licensed evaluator. At Reclaim U, we simplify this process for you while ensuring you benefit from it. To complete an Admin Per Se screening, simply call or text us to schedule an appointment with one of our approved counselors. The in-person appointment typically lasts about an hour. Be sure to bring a copy of your ticket or Admin Per Se document from the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD). Following the screening, you will receive a receipt from the MVD confirming the completion of your evaluation.
