Our enhanced DUI program meets all state mandates and is recognized and approved by ADOT, MVD, and the courts. The program includes essential components such as DUI Alcohol Screening, DUI Education, and DUI Treatment. Designed to adhere to legal requirements, our services are supportive and tailored to individual needs. You can complete these services online at your own pace, fitting them into your daily schedule.

DUI Alcohol Screening: Our state-approved DUI screenings are a legal requirement following a DUI arrest (ARS 28-1380). We conduct thorough screenings to determine the necessary DUI education or treatment hours. Results are submitted to the appropriate authorities, and offenders must complete the recommended services. Screenings can be scheduled via phone, secure teleconference, or in person at our office.

DUI Education: Our DUI education program is also state-approved and includes pre-tests, modules, and a final post-test. The course materials include resources from Hazelden and The Matrix Model, and the program can be completed in up to eight weeks or as recommended by the court or MVD.

DUI Treatment: Similarly, our DUI treatment program is state-approved and designed to meet all legal requirements. It combines DUI education and treatment into a single plan, reducing costs and providing both certificates upon completion.
