New Life Wellness Arizona (NLWAZ) is dedicated to guiding and empowering returning citizens to reach their full potential, fostering successful reintegration into society and becoming productive community members. Through unwavering support, active listening, and personalized guidance, we aim to be catalysts for transformation, helping our clients navigate toward a fulfilling and vibrant future.

Healthcare: Our case managers connect clients to essential healthcare resources, including mental and physical health services. We assist in obtaining healthcare coverage and access to affordable clinics and pharmacies, while encouraging regular healthcare visits to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Partnership Housing: Recognizing the importance of stable housing, NLWAZ collaborates with Thomas Suites Campus of Care transitional housing to provide clients with a safe place to live during their reentry process.

Education: Understanding the critical role of education in successful reentry, NLWAZ partners with Grad Solutions to offer GED classes. This program is especially important for those who did not have the opportunity to complete high school due to incarceration.

Employment: We work with the AZ Department of Economic Security, AZ@Work Program, and the Inside Out Network (ION) to equip clients with the skills needed for employment. Our vocational program includes resume creation, interviewing skills, communication skills, conflict resolution, and time management. We also partner with background-friendly employers and advocate for our clients during the hiring process by serving as job references.

Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP): NLWAZ offers a comprehensive range of clinical services, including individual and group therapy, case management, peer support services, gender-responsive groups, relapse prevention, and community support services.

Medication Assisted Treatment Services (MAT): Our onsite Nurse Practitioners provide health assessments and MAT services for co-occurring medical and psychiatric disorders. Medication management options include Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol, complemented by wraparound services.

NLWAZ is committed to providing the support and resources needed for returning citizens to successfully reintegrate and thrive in their communities.
