These services are available to residents of Pinal, Gila, Yuma, and Maricopa Counties.

Our DUI Education and Treatment Program consists of a 16-hour educational component designed to teach state-specified competencies, followed by additional treatment groups for those requiring further hours. Both the education and treatment components utilize the Impaired Driving Program, an evidence-based curriculum from The Change Companies, which supports lasting, positive change. This program helps DUI offenders understand how alcohol affects driving skills and aims to prevent future offenses.

Alcohol Screenings are a critical step for individuals with suspended driving privileges due to a DUI. Required by the Arizona Department of Transportation, these screenings must be completed by a behavioral specialist at an MVD-approved counseling facility. The screening involves a brief interview to assess the extent of alcohol dependence, determining the necessary number of treatment hours based on the results, previous history, and DUI details. Additionally, individuals will complete a 16-hour DUI Education course.
