Hope Integrated Clinic defines "behavioral health" as encompassing both acute and chronic psychiatric and substance use disorders, based on the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) of the American Psychiatric Association. Our clinic emphasizes accessible intervention and treatment, promoting health screenings to identify behavioral health issues and provide patient education. Our providers are trained to screen, evaluate, treat, and refer patients with behavioral health problems appropriately. Members can self-refer to any behavioral health provider without needing a referral from their primary care provider.
Outpatient behavioral health treatment is a vital part of our comprehensive healthcare delivery system. Patients can access mental health and substance use services through self-referral, referrals from primary care practitioners, or after acute or emergency room encounters. A primary care provider's referral is not required for behavioral health services at Hope Integrated Clinic.
Our mission at Hope Integrated Clinic is rooted in the belief that healthy individuals contribute to healthy communities. Our dedicated staff foster and promote mental wellbeing using culturally relevant and client-centered approaches, supporting those in need of mental health care through person-centered education, ongoing support, and advocacy. We strive to employ best practices in mental health delivery to achieve our mission.
Our vision is to build communities where mental wellbeing is prioritized, with treatment readily available and accessible. We are committed to delivering services that respect the dignity and agency of all individuals we serve.
We also offer specialized DUI services, including screening, education, and treatment for certain driving offenses. MVD-ordered screenings involve face-to-face interviews with behavioral health professionals. Treatment is determined based on the results of these screenings, and education consists of at least 16 classroom hours provided by qualified behavioral health professionals.
