Our Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Programs offer a range of state-licensed educational and counseling services designed to meet the needs of individuals with DUI convictions. These programs aim to provide comprehensive support and education to prevent future offenses and promote responsible behavior.
For those charged with Wet & Reckless offenses, we offer a 6-week educational program consisting of 12 hours of instruction, divided into six 2-hour sessions.
First Offender Programs (FOP) are available at three levels to accommodate varying needs:
- Level I: A 3-month program
- Level IIa: A 6-month program
- Level IIb: A 9-month program, which includes:
- 6 weeks of education (12 hours, in 2-hour sessions)
- 26 weeks of group sessions (48 hours, in 2-hour sessions)
- 7 face-to-face interviews (15 minutes each)
For multiple offenders, we offer an 18-month program that includes:
- 6 weeks of education (12 hours, in 2-hour sessions)
- 26 weeks of group sessions (48 hours, in 2-hour sessions)
- 26 face-to-face interviews (15 minutes each)
- A re-entry component with 1-hour sessions each month for 6 months
