The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Contra Costa, Inc. (ADACCC) offers high-quality substance abuse programs designed to help individuals who have been court-ordered to attend a program. Serving Contra Costa County and surrounding areas, ADACCC provides services to a diverse range of participants. The organization treats each client as an individual, ensuring they receive personalized care. Staff members and counselors are dedicated to guiding clients through the program, explaining its structure, assisting with scheduling, offering individual counseling, and discussing payment arrangements.

ADACCC provides several DUI education programs, including Juvenile DUI Education, Wet Reckless Education, and various First Offender and Multiple Offender DUI Programs. These programs aim to promote attitude and behavior changes that support a positive lifestyle, ultimately helping participants reduce or eliminate alcohol and drug use. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, with evening and afternoon options to accommodate different schedules.

To enroll, participants must have a current Court Referral or DMV H-6 print-out, along with a down payment. The intake process includes a one-on-one meeting with a counselor, where the program contract, rules, and requirements are explained. After completing the necessary documents, clients receive their class schedule and proof of enrollment. ADACCC is committed to supporting individuals through their recovery journey and providing the tools needed to make lasting changes.
