Welcome to Special Services Community Center (SSCC) Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program, a state-licensed organization founded in May 1995 with its headquarters in Clovis, CA. Since our inception, we have expanded our reach, now serving the communities of Kerman, Selma, and Reedley. With a dedicated team of over 25 well-trained employees, we provide exceptional DUI program services at all our locations, catering to approximately 1,400 participants across our four sites.

At SSCC, we offer a range of programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our participants. Our services include four different First Offender Driving Under the Influence (DUI) programs, an 18-month Multiple Offender DUI program, and a PC-1000 Drug Diversion program. We operate as a fee-for-service organization, governed under the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 9, and undergo regular audits by both the State and County authorities to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Our DUI programs are designed to provide effective alcohol and drug treatment and counseling to individuals mandated by the court or DMV. Whether you are a first-time offender or a multiple offender, we offer comprehensive programs to help you address substance abuse issues and work towards rehabilitation. Our dedicated staff will guide you through the program requirements, ensuring that you receive the necessary education, counseling, and support throughout your journey to recovery.

We understand the importance of affordability and accessibility in accessing treatment services. Therefore, we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate our participants' financial needs. Additionally, our programs are available in both English and Spanish to cater to the diverse linguistic needs of our community.

At SSCC, we are committed to continuously enhancing our program and services to better educate our participants and the community. We take pride in serving the Fresno County area and look forward to supporting individuals on their path to wellness and recovery.
