NCADD offers comprehensive Driving Under the Influence (DUI) services to assist individuals in satisfying court orders or requirements from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Our experienced staff is committed to providing professional, courteous, and caring support to all clients. Services are available in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all members of the community.
We understand that affordability is crucial, which is why we offer flexible payment plans and accept most major credit cards. Additionally, we streamline the reporting process by submitting necessary forms electronically to the DMV for fast and accurate processing. Classes are available six days a week, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate various schedules and preferences.
For first offenders, NCADD offers a range of programs tailored to meet individual needs and court mandates. These include the Wet Reckless (SB1176) program for individuals convicted of a "wet-reckless" DUI offense, as well as various First Offender programs such as AB541 (3 months), AB541 (4 months), AB 762 (6 months), and AB 1353 (9 months). Each program includes a combination of education sessions, group counseling, individual counseling sessions, and self-help meetings, all designed to promote rehabilitation and compliance with program requirements.
For multiple offenders, NCADD provides specialized programs such as the Multiple Offender (SB 38/1344) 18-month program and the Multiple Offender (SB 1365) 30-month program. These programs feature comprehensive education, counseling, and self-help components to address the specific needs of individuals with multiple DUI offenses.
At NCADD, we are committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery and responsible driving. Our goal is to provide effective DUI services that promote positive outcomes and contribute to safer communities.
