California Court Programs (CCR) is a licensed and approved provider of DUI and DWI treatment and education services in Los Angeles County. As a fully licensed DUI/DWI Program and School, CCR offers a comprehensive range of services, including assessments, evaluations, driver assessments, and alcohol screening. All assessments are California State Certified and issued by the State Licensed DUI/DWI Facility.
Led by Certified Addiction, Alcohol, and Drug Therapists and Counselors, CCR's counseling and educational programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals convicted of wet-reckless, first, second, or multiple DUI offenses. The programs aim to support positive lifestyle changes, reduce substance use, and promote responsible behavior.
For first offenders, CCR offers various programs tailored to the severity of the offense, ranging from a 12-hour "Wet Reckless" Program to 9-month treatment programs. Second offenders can enroll in an 18-month treatment program, while multiple offenders may be required to complete a 30-month treatment program.
CCR's programs are structured to address the specific needs of each participant, with a focus on education, group counseling, and individual counseling sessions. The goal is to provide comprehensive support and guidance to individuals as they work towards rehabilitation and positive change.
