Northeast Valley Health Corporation (NEVHC) is dedicated to addressing substance abuse and its devastating impacts on individuals and families. Dating back to the early 1970s, NEVHC's Substance Abuse Division has been at the forefront of providing crucial services to combat alcohol and drug dependence. Currently, NEVHC offers two key programs: the DUI Program and the Community Prevention and Recovery Program (CPRP).

The DUI Program serves approximately 750 clients who have been referred by the courts. Clients must complete a program tailored to their situation, ranging from a six-week course to an 18-month program, which includes education, individual counseling, and group therapy. These programs are essential for fulfilling DUI sentences and, in many cases, are required by the DMV for driver's license reinstatement. Costs vary depending on the program's length, ranging from $262 for the six-week Wet and Reckless Driving Education program to $2,027 for the 18-month Multiple Offender Program. NEVHC's DUI Program is located at 1036 N. Maclay Ave. in San Fernando, CA.

For individuals seeking more information or assistance, NEVHC's CPRP program and DUI program counselors are available to provide support and guidance. Interested individuals can contact NEVHC’s CPRP program at 818-361-1212 or the DUI program at 818-365-2571 to speak directly with a counselor. At NEVHC, we are committed to helping individuals overcome substance abuse and rebuild their lives, one step at a time.
