At Right On Programs, we understand that DUI treatment needs vary widely, which is why we offer a diverse range of programs to accommodate different circumstances. Licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services and approved by the DMV since 1978, we provide comprehensive DUI treatment options for individuals convicted of various offenses, including wet reckless, first, second, and third offenses. Our services are available in English, Spanish, Russian, and Armenian, and we offer classes seven days a week for maximum convenience.
Our programs include:
- Wet Reckless (SB1176): 12 hours of alcohol and drug education.
- 3-Month Treatment Program (AB541): 32 hours of education, group, and individual counseling for first-time offenders aged 21 and older.
- 6-Month Treatment Program (AB762): 45 hours of counseling for first-time offenders with a BAC of 0.20% or higher.
- 9-Month Treatment Program (AB1353): 62.25 hours of counseling for first-time offenders with a BAC of 0.20% or greater.
- 12-Month Treatment Program (SB38): 72 hours of counseling for convictions prior to 1990.
- 18-Month Treatment Program (SB38/SB1344): 78 hours of counseling for convictions from 1990 or later.
- 30-Month Treatment Program (SB1365): 158 hours of counseling for individuals convicted of three or more DUI offenses, including a comprehensive evaluation for the court.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, offer same-day enrollment with no appointment necessary, and provide electronic notifications to the DMV. Pre-conviction enrollment is also available. Our ‘Get A Life’ self-help class and support materials are designed to promote balanced and substance-free living, ensuring a comprehensive approach to recovery and rehabilitation.
