Our Programs include:

  • Wet Reckless (SB1176): 12 hours of alcohol and drug education for individuals convicted of a "wet-reckless" DUI offense.
  • 3 Month Treatment Program (AB541): 32 hours of education, group, and individual counseling for first-time DUI offenders aged 21 and older.
  • 6 Month Treatment Program (AB762): Minimum 45 hours of education, group, and individual counseling for first-time DUI offenders aged 21 and older with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20% or greater.
  • 9 Month Treatment Program (AB1353): 62.25-hour program for first-time DUI offenders aged 21 and older with a blood alcohol level of .020 or greater.
  • 12 Month Treatment Program (SB38): 72 hours of education, group, and individual counseling for individuals aged 21 and older convicted prior to 1990.
  • 18 Month Treatment Program (SB38/SB1344): 78 hours of education, group, and individual counseling for individuals aged 21 and older convicted in 1990 or later.
  • 30 Month Treatment Program (SB1365): 158 hours of education, group, and individual counseling for third or more DUI offenders aged 21 and older, along with a compendium of evidence demonstrating measurable improvement in living and behaving responsibly.
