Driver Benefits, Inc. offers a California State-licensed substance abuse education and treatment DUI program aimed at modifying past behavior patterns through a comprehensive approach. Our program utilizes education, counseling, self-awareness, and abstinence to address the needs of individual clients effectively. We provide a broad-spectrum curriculum tailored to the unique circumstances of each participant.

At Driver Benefits, Inc., we recognize the importance of total abstinence in achieving lasting change and require it as a fundamental aspect of our program. We also prioritize the integration of self-help groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, and Adult Children of Alcoholics meetings into our programs, viewing them as essential components of the recovery process.

Our philosophy revolves around the belief that individuals convicted of driving under the influence often struggle with problem drinking, alcoholism, or substance abuse. Through our program's broad spectrum curriculum, including individual counseling, group therapy, alcohol and drug awareness classes, and self-help groups, we aim to help clients gain insight into the negative effects of alcohol and drugs on their lives and achieve a more productive lifestyle.

In our interactions with the court and the community, we strive to provide accurate information and support effective treatment approaches. We maintain close communication with the courts, providing progress reports at regular intervals to establish short-term goals for clients and evaluate their participation and needs as the program progresses. Additionally, we promptly report instances of non-compliance to enable the court to take appropriate action, whether through further treatment recommendations, in-patient programs, detoxification, or self-help meetings.

With over 43 years of experience working with courts in California, Driver Benefits, Inc. is committed to facilitating our clients' rehabilitation and promoting abstinence. Our programs are designed to benefit not only the individual but also the court system and the community at large, increasing the likelihood of successful rehabilitation and reducing the risk of future DUI offenses.
