We offer various First Offender programs, including 3-month (AB541), 6-month (AB762), 9-month (AB 1353), and Wet Reckless (SB1176) programs, all licensed by the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs and meeting court and Department of Motor Vehicles requirements. Our services are available in both English and Spanish.

Pricing for our programs is transparent, with options tailored to suit your needs and budget. Classes are offered throughout the week, with Zoom classes available on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings, as well as Monday through Thursday evenings. In-person classes are held on Monday through Thursday evenings, with Spanish classes offered on Sunday mornings.

The number of classes required varies based on the program, ranging from 6 to 30 classes. Whether you're looking to fulfill court mandates or seeking personal growth, ACE Program is here to support you every step of the way.
