DUI Programs We Offer

Our DUI programs provide essential education and counseling for individuals facing alcohol and drug-related offenses. We offer a Wet Reckless Program, a 12-hour educational course designed for those convicted of reckless driving with a measurable alcohol level. This program serves as an alternative to standard DUI convictions, focusing on education, counseling, and support to address underlying issues related to substance use.

For First Offenders, we provide tailored programs spanning 3, 6, and 9 months. The 3-month program consists of 30 hours of alcohol and drug education and counseling, while the 6-month program includes 45 hours, and the 9-month program offers 61.25 hours of comprehensive support. Understanding the unique challenges faced by first-time offenders, our experienced team is committed to helping participants evaluate their relationship with alcohol and drugs. We offer personalized assistance, ensuring that each individual receives the necessary resources and guidance to make positive changes in their lives.

All our DUI programs comply with the California Code of Regulations Title 9, Division 4, Chapter 3, as well as County DUI Program Standards. By enrolling in our programs, participants not only fulfill legal requirements but also embark on a journey toward greater self-awareness and healthier choices. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that empowers individuals to overcome challenges and make lasting improvements in their lives.
