Welcome to Mono County DDP, where we offer court-mandated DUI programs tailored to meet the needs of both first-time offenders and multiple offenders. Our programs are available in English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all individuals.

For Spanish-speaking participants, we offer programs on Tuesdays from 5 pm to 7 pm. First offenders have various program options, including a 6-week program for $450, a 3-month program for $1,000, a 6-month program for $1,416.84, and a 9-month program for $1,700. Multi-offenders can enroll in an 18-month program for $2,200.

To enroll, simply call 760-924-1740 to schedule an initial 90-minute appointment. Be sure to bring your court/DMV paperwork and a $100 intake fee.

  • If the court specified an enrollment deadline, it must be adhered to.
  • Non-compliance is considered after 21 days of enrollment.
  • Transfers from other programs are allowed for a fee.
  • Payment options are available online.
  • Program schedules may vary, so please consult with your counselor.

We also offer a 6-week "Wet Reckless" program for reckless driving involving alcohol. Additionally, Mono County DDP is the sole provider of DUI services in the county.
