Terra Nova Counseling offers confidential DUI programs at locations in Sacramento. The program lengths are:
- First Offenders: 3, 6, or 9 months
- Multiple Offenders: 18 months
- Wet & Reckless: 6 weeks
The programs are licensed and monitored by California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Sacramento County Substance Abuse and Treatment Services. Participants pay state-approved program fees. Upon program completion and full payment, Terra Nova issues the DMV Notice of Completion (DL-101) within 10 days.
