San Diego State University's Driving Under the Influence Program (DUI) is a licensed provider of DUI treatment services in the Central Judicial District of San Diego County, accredited by the State of California’s Department of Health Care Services. Operating under the umbrella organization of SDSU’s Center for Alcohol and Drug Studies and Services, the program addresses medical, legal, and social consequences related to DUI and substance use. All DUI treatment providers at SDSU are licensed and/or certified by the State of California.
Program offerings are designed for flexibility and convenience, with services available six days a week. The number of sessions varies based on the type of conviction. Specific details regarding program structure can be found by clicking on the respective program boxes on our website.
Enrollment at SDSU's DUI Program is by appointment only. For individuals ordered by the court, it is essential to contact the program prior to the specified date on the court referral. Those enrolling via a DMV Administrative Per Se are required to provide appropriate documentation. Necessary forms for enrollment can be accessed on our website and should be submitted via email to initiate the enrollment process.
Payment options at the DUI Program include money orders, cashier's checks, traveler's checks, credit cards, and online payments. Participants can conveniently make payments through the web-based system available on our website.
