Service First of Northern California offers comprehensive DUI programs aimed at addressing alcohol and drug-related issues while promoting positive lifestyle changes and ensuring public safety. Established in 2012 with licensing from the California State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs, Service First provides DUI programs conducted in English and Spanish. Additionally, the organization collaborates with the County and State to offer treatment services for various programs, including parole and probation re-entry, high violent offenders, and AB109 post-release, among others.
The DUI program features different durations tailored to individual needs, ranging from a 12-hour Wet & Reckless education component to 3, 6, 9, 18, and 30-month programs for first-time and habitual offenders. These programs encompass educational sessions, group counseling, face-to-face interviews, and community re-entry phases, all designed to help participants identify and resolve substance abuse issues, support positive lifestyle changes, and ensure highway safety.
Participants in the multiple-offender programs undergo core phases followed by community re-entry or service activities phases, each with specific educational sessions, counseling hours, face-to-face interviews, and monitoring processes. Additionally, Service First offers the only 30-month program in the San Joaquin Valley for habitual offenders, emphasizing education, counseling, and community service.
Service First's DUI programs are licensed by the State Department of Health Care Services and offer payment flexibility through sliding scales.
