StarVista offers DUI programs that adhere to local court, state system, and DMV regulations. These services encompass individual and group counseling as well as education sessions. StarVista's DUI programs cater to both First Offenders and Multiple Offenders.
Upon completing the assigned sessions, StarVista ensures electronic notification to the DMV regarding enrollment and completion, with hard copy certificates mailed to participants. It is emphasized that individuals are solely responsible for filing both enrollment and completion paperwork with the courts by the mandated deadlines to avoid legal consequences.
