Zona Seca offers several driving under the influence (DUI) programs for first-time offenders in California. The programs include Wet Reckless (12 hours), 12-Hour Education (12 hours), Three-Month (31.5 hours), Six-Month (48 hours), and Nine-Month (60 hours). The programs provide alcohol and drug education, group counseling, and individual counseling. Program duration and requirements vary based on the offender's blood alcohol content (BAC) at time of offense and their age. The Wet Reckless and 12-Hour Education programs are for lower BAC levels and younger offenders. The three- to nine-month programs are for higher BAC levels. Participants can apply for a restricted driver's license through DMV if eligible. Classes are 2 hours once per week. The programs aim to provide alcohol/drug awareness education following California law. Contact Program Coordinator Diana BaƱales for more information.
