Founded in 1976 by Dr. Robert G. O’Brient, a visionary physician, Janus introduced a groundbreaking approach to treating alcoholism within a social model setting. Since then, Janus has evolved into a private nonprofit organization, continually enhancing and expanding its programs to better serve the community. Today, Janus offers a comprehensive range of quality programs, catering to over 2,500 clients annually.
