DUI/Risk Reduction Course Overview

If you have been ordered by the Court to complete a DUI/Risk Reduction Course, we provide a comprehensive and convenient solution that combines assessment and instruction. Our courses are available both in-class and virtually at our Alpharetta location, as well as online for participants throughout Georgia.

Before attending the class, participants are required to complete a brief assessment questionnaire, which takes about 20-30 minutes and can be accessed online. A link to the questionnaire will be sent to the email provided at registration.

Our 20-hour Virtual Class, conducted via Zoom and taught in English by a certified instructor, is approved by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). This course is designed for individuals convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Possession of Illegal Drugs (PID), Boating Under the Influence (BUI), and Underage Possession of Alcohol while operating a vehicle. The total fee for the course is $360, which includes the assessment fee and necessary materials, as mandated by DDS.

To ensure participation, all assessments and documentation must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the class; otherwise, attendance will not be permitted. Classes are scheduled every weekend, with sessions available on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 6 PM, and on Mondays from 6 PM to 10 PM. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, which is essential for fulfilling court requirements.
