D.U.I. Risk Reduction Program Overview

Our D.U.I. Risk Reduction program offers a comprehensive 20-hour course designed for individuals convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This state-approved program is a prerequisite for reinstating driving privileges in Georgia and can be registered for online, eliminating long waits or cumbersome processes. The course is structured over two and a half days and incorporates a blend of interactive lectures, group discussions, and multimedia presentations. Participants engage in activities that challenge existing beliefs about substance use and encourage the development of healthier behavioral patterns based on personal experiences.

Before attending the D.U.I. class, all participants must complete a needs assessment, which involves a 130-item questionnaire addressing various lifestyle issues. The assessment, priced at $100, is critical as it generates a score that must be reviewed during the class. This assessment is separate from any clinical evaluations required by probation or court.

We have multiple locations in College Park and Marietta, with flexible scheduling options available. Walk-ins are welcome, and weekend appointments can be arranged. The total cost for the D.U.I. Risk Reduction class, including the assessment and necessary materials, is $360. Payments can be made via cash, money order, or credit card. By completing this program, participants take an important step toward understanding the risks associated with impaired driving and regaining their driving privileges.
