At Duluth DUI and Driving School, we offer a comprehensive DUI/Risk Reduction program designed to help individuals learn from their mistakes and prevent future incidents of driving under the influence. Recognizing the serious consequences of a DUI conviction, our mission is to provide guidance and support throughout the recovery process. Under Georgia law, completion of our DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Program is mandatory for those seeking reinstatement of their driver’s license following a DUI conviction, illegal drug possession, or similar offenses.

Our program includes a state-mandated assessment test prior to enrollment, ensuring that participants are adequately prepared for the 20-hour course. This course is structured over two and a half days, with classes held on weekends and Monday evenings. Participants will engage in informative sessions from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, with a one-hour lunch break, and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Monday. The total fee for the program is $360, which includes the course fee, assessment, and program materials.
