Atlanta DUI Schools / Risk Reduction Program

Our Atlanta DUI Schools provide a comprehensive Risk Reduction Program across 19 convenient locations, ensuring that individuals charged with DUI or related offenses can easily fulfill Georgia State law requirements for driver’s license reinstatement. Under Georgia law, participation in a certified DUI school is mandatory for those facing charges such as DUI, other drug offenses, drug possession, or underage possession of drugs or alcohol.

To begin the process, participants must complete a mandatory Assessment consisting of 130 questions about their lifestyle and behaviors. This Assessment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes and costs $100, a fee set by state regulations. Payments can be made using various methods, including cash, credit cards, or money orders. The Assessment is available during regular business hours, and if necessary, arrangements can be made for alternative scheduling.

After completing the Assessment, participants are required to enroll in a 20-hour in-classroom course, commonly known as the DUI class or Risk Reduction Program. This course is held weekly at our locations, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate different availability. Classes are offered on weekends and weekdays, allowing participants to choose a time that best fits their schedule.

By registering for the program online, individuals can efficiently take the necessary steps toward moving forward and regaining their driving privileges. Our streamlined process and dedicated staff are here to support you every step of the way.
