Individuals convicted of Driving Under the Influence must complete the Best Choice DUI School, a 3-day, 20-hour intervention course designed for those seeking to reinstate their driving privileges following alcohol or drug-related violations. The program is also applicable for individuals mandated by the court due to other offenses, with a set cost of $360 that encompasses the pre-course assessment.

Following the DUI School, participants are required to undergo a clinical evaluation conducted by an approved provider. This evaluation determines if further treatment is necessary.
