FAD Counseling Services, LLC is an approved DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Program by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS), certified under #10186. The program includes two main components: an Assessment and a 20-hour Intervention Course. The Assessment, which typically takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete, utilizes the NEEDS Assessment questionnaire, consisting of 130 questions designed to evaluate individual behavior patterns across critical areas. The subsequent 20-hour Intervention Course employs the Prime for Life® curriculum, an evidence-based program that effectively addresses and challenges common misconceptions about alcohol and drug use.

Classes are scheduled for various dates throughout 2024, with sessions structured over five classes: three sessions on Saturday and two on Sunday. The total cost of the DUI School is $360, which includes $100 for the Assessment and $260 for the Intervention Course. Participants receive a digital workbook via email, and all fees must be paid in full before the first session starts. Registration can be done remotely; individuals need only email a copy of their state-issued identification to initiate the process.
