Our services span primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare, as well as specialized care, reaching seven counties in the Southern Illinois region: Alexander, Hardin, Jackson, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, and White. We operate nine regional primary care access points where you can access a variety of healthcare services including Primary Care, Ancillary services, Specialty care, and Dental Services. In addition, we facilitate hospital referrals and emphasize preventative healthcare to support overall wellness.
