At Foundations Center, we are committed to providing exceptional outpatient treatment and education for individuals in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, with over 15 years of experience in DUI treatment. Our comprehensive outpatient DUI programs offer specialized support, working closely with clients, courts, attorneys, and the Secretary of State to ensure effective treatment and smooth reinstatement processes. We are dedicated to making the treatment experience positive and supportive.
Our services include DUI risk education, early intervention, and intensive outpatient treatment (Level III). We assist with Secretary of State reinstatement by preparing documentation for hearings, responding to denial letters, and guiding clients through steps for license reinstatement following old DUIs. Our program also features optional weekly 12-Step Treatment Groups for Level III clients, where participants deepen their understanding of the AA or NA program to support SOS reinstatement and long-term recovery. Additionally, we offer a Sunday morning AA meeting in our Loves Park office, focusing on positive change and long-term sobriety.
With flexible scheduling options, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays, and no waiting lists, Foundations Center ensures accessible, respectful, and effective treatment. Our Level III treatment program is spiritually focused, emphasizing personal growth and recovery, while recognizing that spirituality and religion are distinct concepts.
