Avance offers comprehensive DUI services designed to meet various levels of risk associated with substance abuse. For minimal risk, the program includes at least ten hours of DUI Risk Education. Moderate risk requires ten hours of DUI Risk Education and an additional twelve hours of early intervention over four weeks, followed by necessary treatment and ongoing participation in a continuing care plan. For significant risk, individuals must complete ten hours of DUI Risk Education and twenty hours of substance abuse treatment, with continued engagement in a care plan post-discharge. High-risk cases involve 75 hours of substance abuse treatment, with ongoing participation in the continuing care plan.

Licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), Substance Use Prevention & Recovery (SUPR), Avance conducts DUI Alcohol and Drug Evaluations, Uniform Reports, Update Evaluations, and responds to letters of denial.
